What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, including sourcing brokerage services and executing transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement real estate strategies for assigned portfolio areas
- Evaluate and improve the assigned real estate portfolio, ensuring accurate records in the RE database
- Lead cross-functional teams and external consultants in real estate project evaluations
- Ensure compliance with internal approval controls and regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in commercial real estate
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in real estate or a related field
- Experience in developing strategic plans for real estate facilities
- Proven ability to evaluate market tests and competitive economics
- Skills in driving process improvements to eliminate waste
- Strong collaboration and team-building abilities
