- Maintain tracking documents and calendars across marketing team
- Request and support approval process of creative assets internally or with third-party partners.
- Draft pitch and wrap materials, aggregate reporting on campaigns and promotions and work to build recommendations for marketing plans.
- Collaborate within marketing, creative, merchandizing and ad agency/ad platform partners to execute campaigns around various film releases, sales or high-profile initiatives.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with external stakeholders, including our media agency, ad platform and other stakeholders.
- Collect & share competitive & industry trends, new technologies within the film/TV business and performance marketing arenas.
- All other duties as defined by Marketing leads.
- 1+ years of marketing experience required.
- Familiarity with entertainment industry and/or consumer facing brands.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills plus solid attention to detail.
- Ability to execute against multiple, high-priority projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Powerpoint specifically.
- Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
- Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in marketing, advertising or another related discipline.
- Effective presentation building skills.
- A proactive, self-motivator who can take limited direction and produce tangible results.
- Ability to anticipate and accommodate needs, requests, and issues.
- Creative confidence and an ability to contribute ideas in a creative group atmosphere.
- This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
- Must be willing to work in the Los Angeles, CA office.

Job Description
Responsible for executing cross-channel marketing campaigns and programs. Core responsibilities will include creative asset management and delivery, trafficking approvals from studios, exhibitors and brands as well as aggregating and presenting performance details of promotions, activities and marketing efforts. This role will touch a variety of channels, including integrated marketing, partner marketing, social media and content strategy, performance marketing and CRM.
This role will have exposure to film and content marketing throughout the entire lifecycle and include marketing strategy, media planning, growth marketing, execution, reporting, insight generation and optimization both within and across various channels.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
