      Overview

      We are hiring an Associate Marketing Manager to play an integral role in growing our largest FLC brand, Lay’s. The successful candidate will support the strategic vision and brand planning for this portfolio and ensure creative excellence on consumer programs, as well as drive commercial execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.

      Responsibilities

      • Support the delivery of brand targets (volume, share and equity growth) across the Lay’s TM & sublines portfolio.
      • Translate consumer and market insights, innovation & portfolio strategies to build demand and drive share growth, supporting the Marketing Manager in crafting planning cycle inputs to influence long-term strategic planning.
      • Drive execution of commercial plans by leading key program activations from brief to execution including: communications, social/digital programming, media strategy, in-store point of sale displays, packaging, etc. across Lay’s and its sublines.
      • Support the Marketing Manager in developing the robust innovation pipeline and lead marketing execution of this innovation pipeline.
      • Harness strong analytics through scorecarding, program post-gaming and A&M budget management leadership.
      • Collaborate across boundaries internally and externally with different functions and teams, establishing strong partnerships with agency partners, cross-functional leaders, and across the DSD field organization.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree preferred)
      • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
      • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and passion for delivering winning results
      • Strong leadership and exceptional collaboration skills with ability to build strong networks (key stakeholders include Sales, Insights, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Agency Teams, US/Global)
