      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage marketing projects such as email, paid media, or B2B initiatives
      - Open jobs and build job folders with project information, updating as jobs evolve
      - Supervise timelines and processes to support project management of marketing initiatives
      - Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
      - Lead project kick-off meetings with internal creatives and partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or process improvement
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, etc.)
      - Experience working within an agency structure and/or partnership model
      - Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, or Jira
      - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
