      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, including project charters and budgets
      - Track project status and manage issues and risks, developing action plans to address gaps
      - Build and lead effective project teams, fostering strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
      - Manage projects that implement new solutions or enhance existing solutions across various disciplines
      - Execute project management processes and best practices from inception to delivery, ensuring quality control and effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in marketing
      - Experience using Adobe Workfront
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
      - Proven customer focus with experience fostering stakeholder relationships
      - Ability to clear roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and negotiate issues effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SAFe Scrum Master certification
      - CAPM certification (Certified Associate in Project Management)
      - Experience in the insurance industry
