      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with administrative and clinical tasks, including scheduling appointments and updating patient information in EPIC
      - Take patients' vital signs during appointments
      - Work closely with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care in a float pool setting
      - Participate in competency testing after 6 months to qualify for promotion to Level-2 Medical Assistant
      - Uphold the core values of Justice, Excellence, Dignity, Integrity, and Compassion in patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
      - Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
      - Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months)
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
      - Commitment to patient-focused care and continuous improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited school for medical assistants or completion of an alternate training program
      - 6 months of prior experience providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
      - 6 months of previous experience in a healthcare setting working with an Electronic Health Record (EHR)
