What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Commission and provide customer training for water systems
- Perform routine maintenance on Kurita and third-party equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair customer water systems and equipment
- Make technical recommendations to improve system performance
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through on-site and telephone support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to travel via airplane and automobile, being away from home 5 days a week
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in a technical field or equivalent preferred
- Technical and mechanical aptitude required
- Hands-on experience with Electro-Mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, AC/DC motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and Pump Systems preferred
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and passport for travel to Canada

- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing water systems
- Familiarity with safety policies and procedures in industrial settings
- Previous customer service experience in a technical field
- Ability to work in high-temperature environments for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and customers
