Conduct business valuation analysis through Discounted Cash Flows (DCF), including Free Cash Flow to the Firm (FCFF) and Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE), Dividend Discount Model (DDM), transaction comparables and trading comparables.
Prepare complex three-statement financial models of companies within various industries in Latin America, incorporating the local accounting standard of the corresponding country in Latin America and adjusting outputs to reflect unique country circumstances.
Analyze the impact of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market transactions on ownership structures, cash flow, and credit profiles for clients.
Analyze and execute advisory and capital market transactions.
Prepare documentation including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM), Offering Memorandums, and roadshow presentations.
Participate in due diligence sessions and client meetings by using experience to identify key due diligence items and prepare committee materials and presentations.
Support origination, opportunity evaluation, and deal execution in the region while working on a broad scope of assignments and products within an industry group.
Perform comprehensive valuation analysis through multiple methodologies including discounted cash flow (DCF) and dividend discount models (DDM).
Construct Excel spreadsheets for mergers and acquisitions analysis and finance scenarios.
Develop financial models to analyze trends, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyouts, cost of capital analysis, merger models, ability-to-pay, value-creation, operating models, and 3-statement models. Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry financial research using FactSet, Refinitiv, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Thomson to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
Execute and advise on various mergers & acquisitions, fairness opinions, initial public offerings, follow-ons, debt offerings, spin-offs/split-offs, recapitalizations, and private placements.
Draft new issue offerings memorandums, company investor presentation materials, and analyst/rating agency presentations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related; and
2 years of experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation.
Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
