What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, schedule, and conduct meetings with representatives from various levels of the customer's organization
- Educate customers on program guidelines to optimize benefits from demand response initiatives
- Develop and execute a scope of work for real-time metering installation in collaboration with customers and internal teams
- Provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring high satisfaction rates
- Coach customers during demand response dispatches to enhance performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in project management or customer onboarding roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in software required for program participation
- Familiarity with energy monitoring equipment and energy reduction plans

- Previous experience in the energy sector or related industries
- Familiarity with customer support and technical troubleshooting
