What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide basic legal support to business and operations on standard construction engagements and transactions
- Review and advise on simple standard construction agreements and make minor amendments to legal terms
- Assist senior legal team members with complex legal engagements such as contractor agreements and procurement contracts
- Support contract negotiations and tender reviews, ensuring compliance with legal policies
- Liaise with Procurement/Supply Chain & Finance teams on legal issues and assist with workload administration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in law or relevant certifications in law or related fields preferred
- Basic understanding of laws and best practices related to construction and power industries
- Developing experience in performing paralegal duties or similar roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
- Ability to work under supervision and in high-pressure situations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous industry experience within construction and/or power
- Proven analytical skills and good presentation abilities
- Familiarity with standard IT platforms and remote work tools
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the data center industry and legal support functions
- Experience in administering operational policies or programs
