      We are looking for an Associate Payment Support Specialist. This position is responsible for processing a high volume of inquiries associated with Pension Health and Welfare. Inquiries may include under reported hours, underreported contributions for above the line as well as below the line as well as the adjustments associated with PHW during peak periods. This position will require overtime.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Research and triage all incoming inquiries, analysis of employee earnings, action, process potential adjustments for incorrect pay code, incorrect and missing hours
      • Update and monitor your cases through salesforce
      • Research, running reports, correspondence with client as well as PHW contacts
      • Process requests for earnings reports, this process required the knowledge and adherence of all EP’s security policy, masking of SSN, masking of fringes on earning reports as well as emailing any and all documentation
      • Will handle adjustments as needed, as well as working closely with other departments in the company (Pensions, Residuals, Labor relations/Legal, Marketing, client services Payroll and Accounting)
      • Other duties as assigned

      JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

      • High school diploma
      • Payroll experience
      • Proficiency in Microsoft office software, word, outlook
      • Experience working with computers
      • The ability to handle client interaction
      • Multi-task and respond to a high email intake as well as organizational skills
