What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, research, and resolve physical and policyholder audit disputes
- Research state rules, underwriting, and auditing procedures for dispute resolution
- Thoroughly document audit files and communicate resolution to stakeholders
- Update audit worksheet and complete audit transactions in applicable systems
- Perform other duties as assigned related to audit disputes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- Strong customer service orientation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of commercial lines insurance and premium audit procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Additional certifications in insurance or auditing
- Experience in commercial lines insurance or premium audit procedures
