What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, research, and resolve physical and policyholder audit disputes
- Communicate effectively with customers to manage their expectations and resolve disputes
- Research state rules, underwriting, and auditing procedures for proper resolution
- Partner with other business units to bring disputes to resolution
- Document audit files thoroughly and ensure timely resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- Strong customer service orientation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Strong negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of commercial lines insurance and premium audit procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Familiarity with state and regulatory auditing requirements
