What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain a library of engaging social media assets to support shows across various platforms
- Collaborate with producers and strategists to develop and edit series-adjacent content
- Provide technical support during tapings and recordings
- Act as a liaison between production and sales to ensure brand obligations are met
- Oversee the publishing process, ensuring assets are optimized for each platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media and/or podcast production/editing, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience-building strategies
- Experience shooting and editing original social content, with examples to share
- Familiarity with creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
- A strong passion for sports and a keen understanding of the sports media landscape
