What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the product manager to develop and communicate product strategies that drive growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely execution
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
- Handle day-to-day merchandising activities, including vendor communications and item management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Product Management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
