      Meet the team:
      Dexcom is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic
      and passionate team. The Data Solutions team is part of our Global Product Management team
      and is responsible for creating mobile and software solutions that drive best-in-class customer
      experience as we serve customer and business needs across Dexcom product lines. This
      position will manage sustaining and new development for our Therapy Management Software,
      which is available in over 50 countries and 30 languages.


      Where you come in:
      As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and
      delivery of our cutting-edge software solutions for Therapy Management Software. With the
      clinician as the primary customer, your day-to-day will focus on feature discovery, delivery and
      education, localization for EMEA markets, voice of customer representation across EMEA
      markets, and ongoing product support aMynd education. You will collaborate closely with cross-
      functional teams, including System Product Managers, Global Product Design, Market and User
      Research, Software Engineering, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Customer Support, to
      understand user needs in key EMEA markets, discover innovative solutions, create exceptional
      user experiences and ensure the success of our therapy management software. This is an

      What makes you successful:
      You are highly analytical, organized, and a big-picture thinker who can think outside the
      box to solve complex challenges in a global and fast-paced environment.
      You possess a strong knowledge of diabetes, healthcare, diabetes technology, and are
      familiar with health and diabetes apps, which helps you understand the user’s needs and
      product landscape.
      You are an effective collaborator and communicator, able to convey complex ideas
      visually (through diagrams, presentation slides, and mockups), orally, and in writing,
      making sure all stakeholders are aligned.
      Key Responsibilities:
      Maintain a connection with our EMEA customers including internal customers to monitor
      the performance and satisfaction of our Therapy Management Software, as well as
      market specific troubleshooting, inquiries and follow up from Tech Support and end-
      users.
      Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform
      product decisions independently and through collaboration with Medical Affairs and
      commercial teams in EMEA.
      Support downstream marketing, medical and clinical affairs, and market access in EMEA
      as a subject-matter expert (SME).
      Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into
      actionable user stories and specifications.
      Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market
      trends, and business priorities.
      Maintain contact and communication with internal, field-facing employees to ensure
      market communication.
      Execute on the product vision and strategy with feature delivery and education.
      Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product
      delivery.
      Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and
      drive data-driven decision-making.

      Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements
      related to diabetes management and software development.

      Advanced knowledge of therapy management software and healthcare in key European
      markets
      Fluent in English and in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish,
      French, Italian.
      Experience defining product requirements and working with R&D to ensure development
      of products based on customer and business requirements.
      Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and use influential leadership effectively
      with cross-functional partners and senior management.
      Strong presentation, influence, and communication skills
      Ability to work successfully with ambiguity and in fast-paced environments

      Experience and Qualifications:

      Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
