      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze current business processes and suggest improvements utilizing Salesforce.com CRM
      - Manage the Invoca call platform and setup for campaign tracking
      - Lead requirement and design sessions with business partners to drive project milestones
      - Develop and document workflow processes and create visual design concepts
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for supported business systems, providing functional and technical support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (ADM 201)
      - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically in service and sales cloud
      - At least 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Product Owner
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile environment
      - Proven ability to critically evaluate information and communicate effectively with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and experience with partner communities
      - Familiarity with Product Development methodologies, including Jira Atlassian toolsets
      - Background in B2C experiences and customer journeys
      - Exceptional presentation skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
      - Ability to recognize complex problems and develop creative solutions
