      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create production estimates for incoming RFPs and RFIs, ensuring they align with target margins
      - Manage logistics for all aspects of digital media production, including video, photo, and article content
      - Oversee pre-production tasks such as crew and vendor hiring, location sourcing, and set coordination
      - Travel for 2-4 days per shoot to manage on-site production and scout locations
      - Review post-production cuts and collaborate with the post-production coordinator on licensing and clearances

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-4 years of experience in production management or a similar operational role, preferably in digital media, TV, or film
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
      - Willingness to travel frequently and work outside of standard hours
      - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with team members and external partners
      - Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with budgeting software such as Movie Magic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with production equipment, cinema cameras, lighting, sound, and post-production processes
