What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee utility program performance, including financial management, strategic planning, and quality assurance
- Manage program forecasts, goals, budgets, and subcontractor relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor adherence to program plans and schedules
- Analyze market trends and technologies to enhance program deployment opportunities
- Develop and document standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in building sciences, construction, energy resources, sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with energy efficiency or demand response programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in residential or multifamily sectors
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and energy-efficient home construction practices
- Familiarity with demand-side management (DSM) programs
- Industry certifications such as BPI, PMP, or CEM
- Experience with project management tools like Visio, Mural, JIRA, or Smartsheet
