What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines in the project management system, ensuring projects are monitored through to completion
- Maintain and update schedules of assigned projects in collaboration with designers and marketing teams
- Evaluate marketing design team workload and reassign projects as needed for equitable workload distribution
- Pursue missing information from stakeholders to facilitate project workflows
- Create, manage, and execute purchase orders for marketing and advertising campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or billing, ideally in publishing, advertising, or media
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Accounting, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with accounts payable and budget management
