What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact and lead between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
- Drive and own project-specific activities, ensuring timely delivery across quality, time, and cost
- Manage project logistics, including archiving, planning, and reporting systems
- Establish and communicate customer expectations for optimal project delivery
- Support project management in risk identification and issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, with at least 3 years in a project-related administrative position within a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment
- Proven leadership skills and experience in Med Affairs or Real World Evidence
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical research or a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
- Familiarity with regulatory and project-specific requirements
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under pressure
- Previous experience with project reporting processes and tools
