      Experience

      • Experience working in a client facing, team-based environment.
      • Demonstrable ability to adapt to various client environments, corporate cultures, and industries.
      • Experience working across all stages of the Project Lifecycle in a software focused environment
      • Management of significant software application projects managing delicate issues concerning budget, time and quality.
      • Experience communicating with senior internal and external stakeholders.
      • Experience of delivering software application projects to external clients.
      • Experience working with client resources and other vendors/partners in delivering a software solution.

      Responsibilities

      • Project Initiation: Assist in the kick-off of projects, including creating project plans and ensuring team members are informed about project requirements and timelines.
      • Project Delivery: Support the management and execution of projects according to the statement of work (SoW) where applicable.
      • Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to facilitate project success.
      • Communication: Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Forecasting: Contribute to accurate and timely resource and revenue forecasts in collaboration with relevant colleagues.
      • Team Support: Assist project teams in achieving desired outcomes and fostering a collaborative environment.
      • Process Improvement: Engage actively with the PM Practice to identify and implement improvements in processes and solutions.
      • Risk Management: Help monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project objectives are met.
      • Operational Support: Provide assistance to the Operations Director/PMP Manager on commercial aspects of projects, such as supporting change requests and identifying additional revenue opportunities
      • Resource Management: Help manage resources effectively to maximize project margins and client satisfaction.
      • Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely use of FinancialForce for the approval of time and expenses where appropriate.
      • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including project trackers.
      • Adherence to Guidelines: Follow established processes and guidelines set by the PMP Management.

      As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects with minimal support from an Operations Director or Project Management Practice Manager, allowing you to develop your skills and contribute meaningfully to the team.
