What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to leadership and their teams
- Assist in managing projects through the project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion
- Develop, track, and report on project plans, including scoping and budgeting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage logistics for meetings and presentations
- Complete various administrative tasks as assigned, including research and document proofreading

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative services, client services, or account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail

- Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with executives and clients
