What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the team on project scope, plans, and timelines, from inception through delivery
- Coordinate resources and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform quality control on projects to maintain expected standards
- Develop and maintain timelines and status reports for each project
- Support account and project team to ensure project delivery relative to timelines, budget, and expenses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience working for a medical communications agency
- Proficiency in MS365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Complete knowledge of HCP promotional education projects
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear understanding of evolving medical education policies and guidelines
- Familiarity with FDA, AMA, and PhRMA Guidelines and State Regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Smart Sheets and/or SharePoint
- Experience in peer-to-peer focused initiatives in the medical communications industry
