What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support senior management with permitting efforts, consultant schedule management, contracts, and project reporting
- Assist with site due diligence activities, including gathering and analyzing technical data
- Coordinate with consultants on site studies and ensure deliverables align with project needs
- Monitor project timelines and assist in maintaining detailed project records under senior team guidance
- Communicate with managers and team members, attending in-person meetings as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, geosciences, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in renewable energy, real estate development, or a similar field
- Intermediate organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks
- Exposure to project construction and schedule management
- Proven ability to perform tasks under close supervision and transition to autonomous work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in land development
- Knowledge of solar or battery energy storage systems (BESS)
- LEAN and Six Sigma certifications
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
