What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with managing projects, ensuring adherence to project processes and guidelines
- Help complete projects within contractual requirements, on time, and with high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the financial performance of assigned projects, including planning and billing
- Coordinate project materials and resources, identifying and addressing any constraints
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC, Construction, or Building Automation and Controls
- 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Clean and valid driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in building HVAC with a focus on building automation controls
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous field experience with commissioning of DDC Systems
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
