What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with project and program planning, organization, and management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively manage tasks and resolve project roadblocks
- Manage vendor communication for packaging and manuals proof collection tasks and revisions
- Build and maintain reports as specified by project managers
- Evaluate and escalate project risks/delays to the project manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 2+ years of progressive work responsibility
- Detail-oriented with experience in a high-growth environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to create new and unique ideas with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Adobe Creative Suite, Workfront, and/or other PLM systems
