What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the RFP process by coordinating with key stakeholders for effective communication and readiness
- Develop strategic project timelines and production calendars to ensure timely submissions
- Facilitate communication within the team and delegate tasks effectively to ensure project completion
- Lead kick-off and post-mortem meetings to evaluate project outcomes and continuous improvement efforts
- Support decision-making on RFP prioritization and manage project resources to ensure success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Proven administrative and organizational skills
- Familiarity with all Teaching Strategies products and comfortable using Asana

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification or coursework is a plus
- Experience in facilitating large cross-functional meetings and delegating tasks effectively
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment as a proactive contributor
