      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct phone screens, and present candidates to hiring managers
      - Coordinate logistics for high-volume hiring, including scheduling interviews and managing onboarding

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields
      - Proven ability to manage multiple competing tasks effectively
      - Experience in project coordination
      - Strong understanding of job profiles and recruitment processes
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
      - 2 years of experience with behavioral interviewing
      - Experience with Microsoft tools and applications
