What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source candidates primarily via telephone for existing and new candidates
- Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database
- Prequalify candidates for open positions by assessing requirements
- Provide candidates with information regarding job requirements, market, and location
- Submit qualified candidates to recruiters and follow up on pending candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment
- Strong communication skills for candidate interaction
- Ability to manage candidate profiles and database updates
- Experience with sourcing candidates through various methods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of local real estate and school systems to assist candidates
