What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source candidates primarily via telephone and cold calling to fill open positions
- Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database
- Prequalify candidates by determining appropriate position requirements
- Provide candidates with information about position requirements and verify their interest and availability
- Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review and maintain communication with candidates as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain candidate profiles and manage database information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field
- Familiarity with recruitment databases and candidate sourcing techniques
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms
