      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Efficiently allocate human, financial, and material resources to projects based on priority, skills, and availability
      - Develop and maintain resource plans for projects, addressing potential shortages proactively
      - Collaborate with project managers to understand and fulfill resource requirements for projects
      - Track resource usage across multiple projects to ensure efficient deployment and identify constraints
      - Communicate regularly with project teams and senior leadership to optimize resource utilization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in resource management, project management, or a similar role
      - Strong organizational and time-management skills
      - Proficiency in resource management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Resource Guru, etc.)
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to obtain a clearance or a Public Trust is preferred
      - PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is preferred
      - Background in Cybersecurity Governance Standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC, SOC, etc.)
      - Experience in managing both personnel resources and physical assets is preferred
      - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
