      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor client property and casualty loss experience to recommend risk control services
      - Conduct on-site surveys to assess risks and provide appropriate recommendations
      - Generate comprehensive reports for underwriting using the online management system
      - Maintain communication with clients and internal teams regarding risk control services
      - Support marketing efforts by presenting available risk control services to members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree or actively working towards one in a relevant field
      - 1-3 years of experience in public or private sector loss control or risk management
      - Knowledge of state and federal workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOT)
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
      - Background in occupational safety, environmental management, or fire science
      - Experience in marketing and consulting within the risk management field
