      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and execute opportunities to expand existing customer relationships by introducing additional solutions
      - Drive renewals and contract expansions to ensure long-term customer success
      - Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned customers, fostering strong relationships at C-level and IT leadership levels
      - Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and strengthen customer engagement
      - Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of B2B software sales or account management experience
      - Experience selling solutions in Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software
      - Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and drive renewals within enterprise and mid-market accounts
      - Strong understanding of IT leadership priorities, including data security and compliance
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is preferred
      - Experience managing a multi-state customer portfolio
