      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and support the Surgical Portfolio within an assigned geographic area to meet customer needs
      - Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff to drive product adoption
      - Develop and implement selling strategies to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
      - Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up to grow the business and assist with product demonstrations
      - Record activities and maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce.com

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Knowledge of clinical workflow and hospital environment is a plus
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce knowledge is advantageous
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical device sales is strongly preferred
      - Familiarity with clinical language and hospital processes
      - Ability to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory
