What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute business plans to identify and close new business
- Perform field sales calls for assigned accounts and territory
- Provide accounts with excellent post-sale follow-up
- Cross-sell additional products and introduce new products to accounts
- Maintain customer records in accordance with company specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years demonstrated successful sales experience in the medical device industry
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and surgical personnel
- Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
- Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
- Ability to gain necessary credentialing for hospital access
