      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive revenue growth by partnering with the BDB Sales organization, focusing on flow cytometry products
      - Develop and maintain customer relationships primarily through telephone and virtual channels
      - Collaborate with BDB Field Sales Specialists for lead sharing and revenue optimization
      - Manage the Salesforce CRM database for potential customers and conduct regular follow-ups
      - Analyze customer revenue and product trends to inform sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1-3 years of Lab/Flow Cytometry/Life Science experience and/or customer sales support/account management experience in life sciences
      - Minimum BA/BS in Life Sciences, biology, business, or related field; MS, MBA, and/or PhD strongly preferred
      - Ability to travel to customer sales calls and meetings up to 10-15% annually
      - Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history
      - Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct flow cytometry and/or bench or laboratory work experience with basic immunology/cellular biology
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products; familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and supply chain systems is preferred
      - Ideal candidates will consider future field sales relocation opportunities for career growth
