      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute business plans to identify and close new business opportunities
      - Conduct field sales calls for assigned accounts, including on-call and operating room consultations
      - Provide excellent post-sale follow-up, including communication and management of delivery dates and product training
      - Maintain accurate customer records using the employer's CRM tool
      - Drive compliance with the AdvaMed code of conduct and ensure confidentiality and ethical standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
      - 0-2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
      - Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to effectively communicate with physicians and surgical personnel
      - Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments and able to gain necessary hospital credentials

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
      - Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration methods
