      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new customers through prospecting and follow-up on company-generated leads
      - Plan and coordinate product training for surgeons, including didactic and cadaveric sessions
      - Build and maintain positive, enduring relationships with customers
      - Attend local, regional, and national trade shows and labs as requested
      - Collect purchase orders and ensure proper delivery and maintenance of surgical trays

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma (or equivalent) required, with at least two (2) years of successful sales experience; alternatively, a bachelor's degree with at least one (1) year of successful sales experience
      - Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and overnight up to 20% of the time
      - Willingness to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements
      - A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance policy

      - Field experience in sales within the medical device industry
      - Strong understanding of orthopedic products and procedures
      - Proven ability to engage and educate medical professionals effectively
      - Experience attending and participating in trade shows and clinical events
