What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently develop, lead, and execute all facets of litigation management and strategy for assigned cases
- Manage litigation portfolio collaboratively with colleagues in Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, and business stakeholders
- Direct and manage outside counsel effectively
- Provide proactive, solution-oriented legal advice to support business goals
- Present complex legal issues clearly to non-lawyers and senior leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- J.D. and active state bar membership(s)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of healthcare litigation experience at a top firm, with the federal government, and/or in-house
- Required experience with white-collar matters and state and federal regulators
- Strong people skills and good judgment
- Demonstrated ability to take on difficult projects and willingness to travel occasionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with laws impacting pharmacy benefit management (PBM) companies
- Ability to present complex legal issues to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated learning agility and intellectual curiosity
