What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate the origin and cause of claims by contacting relevant parties including insureds, claimants, and contractors
- Attend a new employee training program covering claim processing and company culture
- Handle files with limited authority based on management direction
- Participate in additional assigned duties as needed
- Obtain state-specific property casualty claims licensing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or service
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the claim handling process
- Ability to work from home and travel to office locations as required
- Must be available for catastrophe duty up to 75% as applicable
- Capable of performing work primarily involving sitting/standing

- Previous experience in claims investigation or a related field
- Familiarity with multiple claims processing systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
