HP Anyware is the inventor of the PCoIP remote display protocol and developed the Engineering Emmy-Award-winning HP Anyware to deliver the best virtual and remote desktop experience in the world.
Our exciting growth and continuing success mean that we are looking for an energetic co-op student (Engineering or Computer Science) to join our Cloud Solutions & Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in the integration of HP Anyware with public clouds and to improve how the solution is deployed in the cloud by our business partners and customers. As part of the team, you will help shape how desktop computing is delivered in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
· Feature development and testing of frontend and/or backend of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications running in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
· Development and maintenance of PowerShell and bash scripts to install, update and remove HP Anyware software.
· Integration and maintenance of HP Anyware solutions on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure marketplace.
· Development and maintenance of automated testing and release infrastructure for HP Anyware solutions and marketplace products.
Requirements:
· Students who have completed at least 2 academic years.
· Students who like programming and are skilled in self-teaching new technologies and cloud services.
· Experience with object-oriented programming, frontend/backend development, scripting, working with APIs, and cloud networking concepts will be ideal.
· Experience working in cloud environments and cloud services from AWS, Azure, and GCP will be ideal.
· Individuals who work well with others, think about the big picture, and see raising the bar as part of the daily routine.

· 4 month work term, potential for extensions.
· Start date: September 2024
· Full-time with possibility of extension and/or permanent career positions.
The typical base pay range for this co-op role is $3,700 to 5,000 CAD per month. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills and internal equity.
