What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop features and improvements for Radian products in a secure and performant manner
- Write code that adheres to internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices
- Collaborate with other software engineers and contribute to team learning
- Design and develop algorithms for generative models using deep learning techniques
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of prior work-related experience
- Working knowledge of Angular, React, ASP.NET, Java, C#, or NodeJS
- Experience with web application development and CI/CD
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
