What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure payment platform features and assist customers in understanding API structures
- Produce key documentation such as Functional Requirements, Use Cases, and Integration Diagrams
- Extract and document customer requirements through interviews and meetings
- Collaborate with project teams to define concepts and review specifications
- Conduct high-level testing to ensure solutions meet requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
- 0 – 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Basic understanding of implementation concepts and API concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in payments and the insurance industry
- Knowledge of QA processes and project management
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence and building UI mockups
- Background in third-party integrations and REST APIs
