What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced application support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of technical requests
- Research technical issues, escalate problems, and document resolutions effectively

- Support projects related to deployment and upgrade activities for Echo applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of prior application support experience (customer service/call center)
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- 1+ year of experience working with a DBMS (SQL Server Management Studio preferred)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with application monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace
- Familiar with ITIL framework and Agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of HTTP requests and APIs, with experience in tools like Postman
- Experience with VB.Net and C#
