What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the process and implementation of independent contractor sourcing
- Develop, manage, and maintain provider, clinic, and government contracts
- Communicate and negotiate contract terms with independent contractors
- Manage all aspects of domestic and international independent contractor sourcing
- Track sourcing metrics and present findings to key stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in Independent Contractor Sourcing/Procurement
- Understanding of multi-state independent contractor/1099 law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 or more years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in outpatient rehab or physical therapy settings
- Demonstrated experience in marketing
- Experience with Canadian and international 1099/contractor employment law
- Methodical, initiative-taking, and detail-oriented
