What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement domestic and global sourcing strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of service
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through competitive bidding and supplier development
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain while ensuring supplier diversity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with company objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and delivering cost savings
- Experience in the medical device industry and working with large medical device distributors
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Netsuite, SAP)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, CPM) is a plus
- Deep understanding of international trade, tariffs, customs, and import/export regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
