What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and maintain the process for sourcing independent contractors
- Develop and manage provider, clinic, and government contracts
- Communicate and negotiate contract terms with independent contractors
- Manage outreach, screening, and documentation for potential contractors
- Track sourcing metrics and report on effectiveness to key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in Independent Contractor Sourcing/Procurement
- Understanding of multi-state independent contractor/1099 law
- Proficient in business software tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe
- Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal, and team management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 or more years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in outpatient rehab or physical therapy settings
- Demonstrated experience in marketing
- Experience with Canadian and international 1099/contractor employment law
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and takes initiative
