What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement effective strategies for provider, clinic, and government contractual needs
- Develop and maintain provider, clinic, and government contracts
- Manage the sourcing process for independent contractors, including outreach and screening
- Track and report on sourcing metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate and negotiate contract terms with independent contractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in Independent Contractor Sourcing/Procurement
- Understanding of multi-state independent contractor/1099 law
- Proficient in business software tools: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe, PowerPoint, etc.
- Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 or more years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in industrial settings or outpatient rehab
- Demonstrated experience in marketing
- Experience with Canadian and international 1099/contractor employment law
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
