What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the employer’s internal and external clients on a variety of technical products and services
- Provide support for Windows operating systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist in developing skills using state-of-the-art technology

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this employer
- Current college student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in an AS or BS program
- Completion of a minimum of 30 credit hours with an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the program
